Garden of the Gods: A Geologic Treasure!

The Garden of the Gods, designated as a National Natural Landmark is the most visited attraction in Colorado Springs with more than a million visitors each year. 

To enhance, care and preserve this treasure, The Friends of Garden of the Gods was formed. We also provide various educational classes to our members throughout the year. Many of our members volunteer to assist visitors, provide interpretive talks and guided tours of The Garden. 

Whether you desire to help us care for the Garden through your donations or through volunteering, we invite you to become a member of the Friends of Garden of the Gods. 

Begin your visit with a stop at the Visitor and Nature Center, receive a free map, chat with one of the Volunteers and view the movie. Both the Park and the Visitor’s Center are free and open to the public.
