FOGG participates in the Park maintenance and care. We support the Rocky Mountain Field Institute (RMFI) through contributions of money ($15,000 in 2016) and volunteers. Work is done on trail repair, restoration and re-vegetation of eroded areas.
We work closely with the City of Colorado Springs Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services Department, Garden of the Gods Foundation, RMFI and Trails and Open Spaces to maintain and advocate for the Garden.
We lead a monthly volunteer clean-up of 30th Street and participate in Park Clean-Up Days.
